The Johnson Project

Barbara Johnson is a widow who has a limited income and has guardianship and full responsibility of raising her five grand children and one great grand child. The children's ages are 17, 15, 14, 12, 10 and 2 years old and attend school at Triumph High School, Johnson Junior High and Goins Elementary

Barbara currently leads Love His Way Extended Hands Ministry providing ministry and counseling to those in need within our community. Barbara gives her time willingly and selflessly whenever there is a need.

Community Care Concepts will be purchasing a used or foreclosed double-wide mobile home for Barbara and her grandchildren. This home will then be placed on the lot that Barbara currently owns, replacing the un-inhabitable mobile home that currently is sitting there. The plan includes installing the purchased home on a permanent foundation. Community Care Concepts will also make any necessary improvements to the home in order to make the home safe, up-to-date and a dream come true for Barbara and her grandchildren.

Barbara gives so much of herself to others, we want to give back to her and provide a comfortable environment for her and her grandchildren as well as a place for Barbara to continue her ministry.
